Sunday School offers the opportunity for small group bible study for all ages. We meet every Sunday from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.  Those who attend early church are invited to stay for Sunday School.  If you attend late church please come early and find a class that best suits your needs!

 

The Preschool Department includes our Nursery which is staffed with loving, trained teachers who embrace our babies with the love of Jesus.  The toddlers have so much fun together as they are learning and growing in an atmosphere filled with excitement and anticipation of “what’s next?”  They are playing, singing and learning in such a way that it is a joy for our children ages 1 & 2.   Ages 3, 4 & 5 are developing a real sense of belonging in this big world that God created.  They are discovering our world outside and inside and talking about families and the importance of obedience.

 

At Linden Heights the elementary age children are divided into two classes.  They are grades 1& 2 and grades 3,4&5.  Their classrooms are bright and fun.  Colorful posters on the walls and kidney shaped tables make for a user friendly learning environment.  Our children are singing, praying, drawing, writing and reading in Sunday School as they learn their place in God’s world.

 

The Youth Department have their classes in our newly renovated Youth Loft. The middle school class is on one side and the high school on the other.  The partition is opened and they combine for special activities and fun!  The tweens and teens have developed very special friendships and they depend on each other as they discover their spiritual gifts.  Sunday School is vital to every age and especially for our teenagers.

 

College and Career is a very special class of young adults that meet for Sunday School every week.  They are always discovering new things about themselves and life!  They enjoy group discussions over a light breakfast every week.  This group is made to feel special because of their friendships and Christ centered activities!

 

Adult I, II & III, IV– These four classes are made up of singles and couples.  Adult I & II are mixed ages and Adult III is primarily seniors.  Adult IV is geared towards younger couples and is an exciting and active ministry.  These classes have wonderful discussion groups and teaching of God’s word.  They have extra activities such as sponsoring Sunday School at Nursing Homes, Christmas Ministry, Adopting children with special needs and ministry to those within the classes. 

 

Ladies Class & Mens Class – These class are made up of just women and just men.  For those who desire not to be in mixed classes.  Their classes are very organized and they have developed many lasting friendships as together they learn about our Lord Jesus Christ.  These class provided many special projects within our church family and are a very vital part of our Sunday School ministry.
